You can sign up to create and manage the making and installation of just one display,
work as a team with other artists,
or join a rotating list to take turns throughout the year for multiple displays.
As a Makerspace Display Artist, your role is to create visually captivating displays that enhance our creative facility's overall aesthetic appeal. With your artistic flair and keen eye for design, you'll craft engaging visual experiences that inspire and captivate our community of makers and visitors alike. Your responsibilities include developing seasonal and thematic displays that showcase the latest trends and celebrate special events within the makerspace. Through your careful selection of materials, props, and signage, you'll ensure the displays effectively complement the diverse range of projects and creations our makers produce. Staying on top of design trends, industry innovations, and emerging technologies within the maker movement is crucial. Training on CNC machines, 3D printers, Screen printing equipment, and more is available so that you can realize your vision. Your dedication to bringing fresh ideas to our display strategy will maintain our makerspace's cutting-edge and inspiring atmosphere, fostering a vibrant and successful creative community.
