Interviews and counsels clients according to procedures.
- Conducting interviews for food and clothing assistance while entering data into the assistance tracking software and collecting signatures as necessary.
- Conducting interviews for financial assistance by collecting all supporting documentation necessary to complete the application.
- Presenting our neighbor’s crisis and overall case to the Lead Interviewer.
- Communicating the result of the interview and all next steps to the applicant.
- Providing information on other helpful resources available to the applicant to bring about positive change in their lives.
