Well Care Hospice

Serving patients in their own home whether it be in family home, apartment, assisted living facilities, campers. We focus on comfort care, symptom management, spiritual care to treat the entire family holistically. Opportunities to serve include honoring veterans at end of life to issue certificate of appreciation and pinning ceremony, providing companionship to all clients who need extra TLC, respite care for caregivers/family, household assistance/light housekeeping, yard work, assist with meal prep/delivery for patients who lack appropriate food sources while still safe to consume food. and much more available.

Supportive Care at end of life- In home hospice services to provide a holistic approach to end of life for patients and their family members, providing companionship, respite, household assistance, yard work and bereavement for 13 months for those with little to no family support
